• 360 degree walk around exterior of home to check for any visual damage.
• Empty Mailbox and place packages inside home or garage. 
• Check that windows and doors are locked and home is secure. 
• Garbage service if needed. 
• Water Plants 
• Inspect Breaker Box
• Check Thermostat 
• Insure Refrigerator and Freezer is in working condition. 
• Dispose of foods that have expired. 
• Do precautions before a storm. (make sure patio or outdoor furniture and umbrellas are secure, etc)
• Check for signs of Damage after a storm. 
• Discounted Rate on Storm Clean up 
• Discounted Rate on Handyman Service.
